1 x Bottle of Epsom Magnesium Oil to it add the following
15 drops of Orange Essential Oil
8 drops of Vetiver essential oil
17 drops of Cedarwood Essential Oil
1 tsp of vodka
shake well to combine
To use the Sleepy Time Spray
- Spray this on your bed, pillow or in the air around the bedroom before bed.
- This can also be lightly misted on the skin shortly before bed time.
